Return requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of receiving the item.
Returned items must be:
Unused
Undamaged by user
Returned in the original packaging with all manuals and accessories.
Official proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required.
Returns are accepted if:
The item received is not as ordered
The item was damaged in transit (with evidence)
The item has a factory defect
The product is malfunctioning under warranty (not due to installation or misuse)
Note:
Returns due to change of mind, buyer error, or personal preference are not accepted unless pre-approved in writing.

Include the following details:
Order number
Issue description
Photos/videos of the product on arrival
Serial number or product code (if applicable)
Our support team will review your claim within 2–4 business days.
If approved, we will issue return instructions and warehouse address.
If your item arrives damaged:
Report within 3 business days of delivery.
Provide full documentation: images of damage, packaging, and shipping label.
We will coordinate with shipping insurance and logistics partners.
A replacement will be shipped at no additional cost after claim approval.

All return shipments must use a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost return items without tracking.
Refunds are issued within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Refunds are processed via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Any bank fees, currency conversion costs, or international wire transfer charges (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility—except in the case of our error.
