Return Information

We recognize the importance of trust in international business. That’s why we offer a clear, fair, and professional return process to protect both customer satisfaction and our service integrity.


1. General Return Conditions

  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of receiving the item.

  • Returned items must be:

    • Unused

    • Undamaged by user

    • Returned in the original packaging with all manuals and accessories.

  • Official proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required.


2. Eligible Return Reasons

Returns are accepted if:

  1. The item received is not as ordered

  2. The item was damaged in transit (with evidence)

  3. The item has a factory defect

  4. The product is malfunctioning under warranty (not due to installation or misuse)

Note:
Returns due to change of mind, buyer error, or personal preference are not accepted unless pre-approved in writing.


3. Return Request Procedure

  1. Submit your return request via email or our online form.

  2. Include the following details:

    • Order number

    • Issue description

    • Photos/videos of the product on arrival

    • Serial number or product code (if applicable)

  3. Our support team will review your claim within 2–4 business days.

  4. If approved, we will issue return instructions and warehouse address.


4. Damaged Items During Shipping

If your item arrives damaged:

  1. Report within 3 business days of delivery.

  2. Provide full documentation: images of damage, packaging, and shipping label.

  3. We will coordinate with shipping insurance and logistics partners.

  4. A replacement will be shipped at no additional cost after claim approval.

All return shipments must use a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost return items without tracking.


6. Refund Process

  1. Refunds are issued within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  2. Refunds are processed via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

  3. Any bank fees, currency conversion costs, or international wire transfer charges (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility—except in the case of our error.


7. Non-Returnable Items

  1. Used products or those damaged due to misuse or poor installation

  2. Items with cosmetic damage after installation

  3. Customized or special-order items

  4. Products returned outside the allowed return window

  5. Items without original packaging or accessories
